Hi Tuna,
Can you check the results. They are all prop wins. Also New Zealand are reporting that they beat Greece 2-1 but above has Greece winning 2-1.

Sir, I believe Bangldesh has also won the debate against Lithuania.
WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, ALL THE RESULTS ARE CORRECT.
The ballot count is written next to the winning team. This, New Zealand 3-0 Estonia means New Zealand won, just as Lithuania Bangladesh 2-1 means Bangladesh won.
This is the standard way of taking the pairings and showing who wins in the USA. In the interests of international communication efficiency I have now marked the winners in bold.

This is the way we do it in the USA, If the pairing is
Prop Opp
England Wales
Then
England 3-0 Wales
Means England won
And
England Wales 3-0
means Wales won.
This allows you to report results without having to type them over and also preserving the sides.
I see what you mean but surely it would be easier just to write.

If England had won the debate.
England 0-3 Wales
If Wales had won the debate.
